January 2001 IAP/Mass/Art Trip to Vietnam

In January 2001, as part of the IAP's ongoing Sister School Program, a delegation of three senior administrators from the Massachusetts College of Art traveled to Vietnam for seventeen days. The delegation included. Dr. Johanna Branson, Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs, Ms. Kay Ransdell, Dean of Admissions, and Ms. Janna Longacre, Head of the 3-D Design department and ceramics instructor. The delegation met with the Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Fine Arts University Mr. Nguyen Hoang. The HCMC Fine Arts University is the sister school to Mass/Art. They also met with the directors of the Fine Arts Colleges in Hanoi and Hue.
